Tasty salads 3 - Slawals with pear and Feta

Ingredients for 2 people

* 1 handle Rucola
* 1 handle Lamb
* 1 handle cresson
* 1 handle chervil
* Fresh parsley
* A few fresh basil leaves
* 150 gr feta cheese
* 1 ripe pear
* Small greepje pine nuts
* Notes Vinegar
* Juice of 1 / 2 orange
* 2 shallots
* 5 Christmas tomatoes
Pine handle * 1
* Virgin olive oil
* Black pepper
* Salt


Method:

* Cut the parsley and basil into strips
* Cut the shallots ultra fine
* Pull the lettuce into smaller pieces and mix them together under
* Add the chopped shallots to
* Mix in one part of the juice
* Pour in a splash of walnut oil and mix again
* The bell juicy pear and cut them into cubes
* Keep some aside and mix the diced pear into the salad among
* Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, like two halves and discard the other half into the salad among
* Season with pepper and salt at will
* Half an hour late draw
* Blend well together again
* Cut the feta into cubes (not too large)
* Arrange the lettuce on a plate
* Mix the feta with pine nuts
* Stir in the lettuce
* Finish with a dash of chopped parsley and place on top each half cherry tomato

* Drizzle with orange juice
