Pasta dish with salmon

Ingredients:

* Pasta (spaghetti or tagliatelle)
* 100 grams smoked salmon
* 1 small onion
* 250 chefs cl cream
* Butter
* Olive oil
* Salt
* Freshly ground black pepper


Preparation

* Chop the onion and slice the salmon into small pieces.
* Heat a dash of olive oil and a knob of butter in a large frying pan. fry the onion and add it to the salmon pieces.
* Pour over the cream and leave cooks the sauce thicken.
* Cook the pasta in well salted water until tender.
* Is the sauce too thick, add some of the pasta cooking water.
* Put the pasta into the skillet with the sauce, add salt and pepper and let opbakken still here.
