The bag of Sinterklaas, delicacy

The bag of Sinterklaas, delicacy

Overall
Still wait and the weather is far, St. Nicholas Eve. Get over your child (ren) but also eating. Lusts of the tension probably nothing. But it is the art of them still here to lead without having to be handed out punishment, and for half the evening is ruined.

Serve dinner in just the sign of St. Nicholas Eve. Give the children, and perhaps also to the adult taste, just a bag of edible Sinterklaas. Below a recipe for 4 people.

Requirements:

* 200 grams of pancake mix
* 450 ml milk
* 2 tablespoons grated coconut (court can also be made without this ingredient)
* 4 tablespoons honey
* 1 egg
* 1 banana
* 3 Mandarins
* 3 kiwis
* 4 laces drop
* Oil for frying

* Bowl
* Guard or mixer

Preparation

* To prepare batter as directed by the package. I use mix of Koopmans, who is easily treatable and very tasty.
* If the coconut add extra
* Heat a frying pan as large as possible
* Add a splash of oil and if the first pancake is baking hot.
* The ready-made pancake on a plate lay around, under one cover
* Meanwhile, cut the banana in slices
* The mandarin cleaning and segmenting
* The kiwi peel and cut into cubes
* Mix fresh fruit with honey
* This fruit salad divide the pancakes
* The Pancake folding like a cute bag
* A drop laces to fold the pancake

Perhaps it is more attractive with some gingerbread cookies around here to explain, or to sprinkle the pancake with a little icing sugar. A napkin with a picture of the child's friend is completely off the course.

Bon appetit
