Fast, easy and low calorie recipes

Macaroni with spinach
The ingredients for 4 persons:

* 200 gr whole wheat macaroni
* 1 package frozen spinach (diced)
* 1 onion
* 1 / 2 cup mushrooms
* 1 red bell pepper
* 150 gr ham into strips
* 1 cup crème fraîche light / demi


Preparation
Cook the macaroni according to directions on package until al dente. Let fry the onion and add to the peppers. Add the mushrooms and hamreepjes there and tray them. Add the spinach and let it thaw. Quick casserole
The ingredients for 4 persons:

* 300 grams chicken
* 1 green bell pepper

* 1 cup crème fraîche light / demi
* 1 cup broth (powder)
* 1 bag of potatoes (450 grams)
* Teaspoon rosemary (dried)
Salt and pepper to taste *


Preparation
Cut the chicken into small pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the peppers into strips and cut in half. Chop the onion. Start by frying the chicken. If it is tender and slightly brown, create it from the pan and keep warm separately. Add the potatoes to the pan, along with peppers, onions and rosemary. Put the lid on the pan and stir occasionally. Leave the potatoes in ten minutes yarn. Put the mug of broth in the pan and leave the lid on the pan 5 minutes. Add the crème fraîche, and the chicken and let it have five minutes to warm through.

Preparation
