Cheese fondue (Part 1)

Cheese fondue
Classic Swiss Fondue
Requirements:

* Half clove of garlic
* 250 ml dry wine
* 225g grated cheese of choice, preferably gruyere
* 225g grated cheese of choice, preferably Emmentaler
* Cornstarch
* Kirsch
* Bread


Preparation:
Rub the pan with garlic and pour the wine in it. Reduce the heat when the cooking wine and mix the grated cheese to the wine that is melted. Then stir the cornstarch and add the kirsch this also. Simmer a while yet (not boiling!) And serve it with delicious pieces of bread.

English fondue
Requirements:

* Butter, about 20 grams
* 40 g flour patent
* Black pepper
* Leek in rings
* 250 ml beer
* 300 grams grated Caerphilly cheese


Preparation:
Melt the butter and add the leeks, let simmer about fifteen minutes. Stir the flour mixture and let it boil. After one minutes add the beer and let the sauce thicken.
Add the cheese and black pepper and serve!

Scottish fondue
Requirements:

* Butter, about 10 grams
* One chopped onion
* 400 grams cheddar
* Cornstarch
* 3 tablespoons Scotch whiskey
* 250 ml milk


Preparation:
Melt the butter over low heat and add the onion. Bake until glazed is.Voeg that the milk and let it boil, then add the cheese. Finally add the whiskey and the cornstarch mixture and let you thicken. Serve with brown bread.

Holland fondue
Requirements:

* Half clove garlic
* 250 ml milk
* 400 grams Holland cheese (Gouda ,...)
* Cornstarch
* 3 tablespoons gin
* Pepper


Preparation:
Rub the pan with the garlic and add the milk (leave it cooking). Then stir through the cheese until melted, then add the gin and the cornstarch in. Serve with bread or vegetables.

Smoked Cheese Fondue
Requirements:

* Half an onion
* Cornstarch
* 300 ml milk
* 300 g smoked cheese
* 100 g Emmental


Preparation:
Rub the pan with the sliced onion and add the milk, let boil. Later add the cheese gradually and stir until it is melted. Never let the fondue boil!
Mix the cornstarch and let it be creamy.
Serve with carrot and apple pieces.

Add this recipe to alcohol, the cheese has enough flavor.
